The Harmony Sleep Plan
Bespoke co-parenting sleep support across two homes
When your baby is moving between two homes, sleep can feel inconsistent, confusing, and emotionally draining, for both infant and parents.
The Harmony Sleep Plan is my most in-depth, supportive offer for co-parenting families. It’s designed to bring calm, clarity, and consistency into your child’s sleep, no matter how different each household may be.
Instead of trying to make both homes identical, we will focus on creating connection, understanding, and realistic alignment so your child feels secure in both environments, and you both feel more confident in your approach.
This is gentle, flexible sleep support that works with real family life, not against it.
What’s Included?
This is a fully tailored, high-support package designed around your co-parenting setup:
A 90-minute personalised sleep consultation
Option for a joint consultation (both parents together) or separate consultations if communication is difficult or preferred
A recorded consultation option, with a15-minute follow-up call with the other parent to ensure clarity and consistency
Separate questionnaires for each household, so both perspectives are fully understood
A bespoke step-by-step sleep plan for both homes
Routine alignment guidance, focusing on consistency without requiring identical parenting styles
Two follow-up support sessions to review progress and adjust as needed
Two weeks of email support
Option for separate WhatsApp support for each parent, so everyone feels supported in a way that suits them
