The Harmony Sleep Plan

£295.00

Gentle sleep support for children across two homes

Created for co-parents and families navigating separation, the Harmony Sleep Plan offers personalised support to help your child feel safe, secure and settled in both homes.

The aim is not to make both households identical. Together, we will find realistic points of consistency while respecting the routines, relationships and needs within each home.

What’s included

• Separate questionnaires for each household so both perspectives are understood

• A 90 minute personalised sleep consultation, held jointly or separately

• The option of a recorded consultation with a 15 minute catch up for the other parent

• A bespoke, step by step sleep plan for both homes

• Guidance to create consistency without expecting identical routines or parenting styles

• Two follow up support sessions

• Two weeks of email support

• Separate WhatsApp support for each parent if this feels helpful

This may be right for your family if sleep changes between homes, routines feel difficult to align or communication around sleep has become stressful.

You will receive gentle, practical support shaped around your child and both households, with no judgement and no expectation of perfection.
