Why Me?

I’m a parent to a wonderful 4-year-old, and my journey into parenting (like many) has been shaped by real-life experience. Co-parenting, separation, and navigating changing family dynamics have given me a deep understanding of how closely sleep and emotional wellbeing are connected.

I support families with children aged 6 months to 5 years, helping you move from exhausted and overwhelmed to calm, confident, and well-rested.

Sleep in the early years isn’t just about nights, it’s about how your child feels, behaves, and copes during the day. This becomes even more important during times of change, such as separation, moving between two homes, or adjusting to a blended family.
